What is your return policy?

We have a 15 day return policy from the moment you receive your item. Should there be a defect, there will be a 100% refund. If there is no defect, there will be a 20% restocking charge.

After that there is an additional 3 month to 1 year Nintendo manufacturer warranty on Consumer Electronics from the original manufacturer.
